When we planned Agents on Open Rails, we wanted builders to spend their time on agents, not on infrastructure. Teams that have not raised a Series A, have a working prototype, testnet deployment, or live product, and are building on a network Chainstack supports. Existing customers on the Developer or Growth plan can apply. Teams that already redeemed Chainstack credits are not eligible for a second grant.

Yes. Teams on the free Developer plan or the Growth plan can apply. Credits are applied to your existing organization, so you keep your projects, endpoints, and keys.
You stay on the same plan and move to standard billing: 1 request unit per request, with overage instead of hard cutoffs. Teams spending over $1,000 a month can move to Pay As You Go, with overage from $2.50 per million request units.
