Learn more about Plasma chain
What is Plasma?

Plasma is a high-performance, EVM-compatible Layer-1 purpose-built for stablecoins (e.g., zero-fee USDT transfers), using a PlasmaBFT consensus design and sub-second finality.

How to get Plasma RPC endpoint?
Create a free account at Chainstack and log in to the console. Click Add node, pick Plasma (mainnet or testnet), and get the RPC endpoint to the reliable node in seconds. When the node shows as running, go to Access & credentials to copy your HTTPS and WebSocket RPC endpoints.
If you need a free public RPC endpoint (good for testing): https://rpc.plasma.to/ — rate-limited and not for production.

P.S. Wallet auto-add: Plasma appears on Chainlist (chain ID 9745) for easy wallet config.

How to run a Plasma node?
Plasma’s operator stack runs one consensus node (CL) paired with one execution node (EL); validators run both; you can start with a non-validator node to gain ops experience. Follow the official node-operator setup pages.
What is Plasma RPC API?

It’s standard JSON-RPC (Ethereum-style) exposed by the execution layer—so familiar methods (eth_*) and tooling (ethers/web3) work out of the box. Check more in Chainstack Docs for Plasma RPC.

Is Plasma RPC free?

Yes for basic testing (public endpoint). For production, use a reliable Chainstack-managed RPC (often with free tiers, then paid).

What are the uptime and performance guarantees?

We offer a 99.99%+ uptime SLA on our Global and Dedicated Plasma RPC nodes, backed by enterprise-grade infrastructure optimized for low-latency and high-throughput performance.

How long does it take to activate access after submitting a request?

You will receive your connection credentials after our support team processes your request, which typically takes 1–2 business days.

What pricing or billing options are available for RPC access?

We offer flexible monthly and annual billing plans. Start with the Global node by activating the Developer free plan.

Dedicated node deployment requires a Pro plan subscription and higher.

Dedicated Node compute per hour price starts from $0.50 across all paid subscription plans.

Can I monitor usage or performance metrics of my node?

Yes, we provide a user dashboard with real-time metrics, including request counts, latency, and system health, allowing you to monitor and optimize your usage.

Notes for Plasma API

The Plasma RPC API provides developers with instant access to the Plasma chain node network for deploying and interacting with smart contracts at lightning speed.

With the Plasma API, you can send transactions, query balances, and monitor on-chain events using standard Ethereum-compatible JSON-RPC methods.
Connect to the Plasma Mainnet RPC endpoint via Chainstack for production-grade performance with sub-second finality and outstanding reliability.
For builders testing integrations, the Plasma testnet offers a safe environment to experiment with contracts and dApps before mainnet deployment.
Running your own Plasma RPC node ensures maximum control, reliability, and real-time data synchronization across the network.
Developers can choose between managed Plasma RPC endpoints from infrastructure providers like Chainstack or host their own nodes with official Plasma binaries.

The Plasma RPC API supports all common methods such as eth_call, eth_sendTransaction, and eth_getLogs, making it fully compatible with existing Web3 toolkits.
Using a dedicated Plasma chain node guarantees stable connectivity for high-throughput applications like DeFi protocols and trading bots.
Whether you connect to a public or private Plasma RPC endpoint, the setup is simple and optimized for fast scaling.
Start building today with the Plasma RPC API and unlock the full potential of the Plasma network for your next-generation Web3 project.
