Elysium Testnet

Build and test with managed Elysium Testnet RPC endpoints (chain ID 99801) designed for sub-second block production and high-frequency trading traffic. Get standard Ethereum JSON-RPC over HTTPS and WSS — eth_*, net_*, web3_*, and arb_* namespaces, plus debug_* on Archive/Debug tiers.

Elysium Mainnet has not launched yet — Chainstack will add Mainnet support once Kinetiq confirms a chain ID and launch date.

Learn more about Elysium
What is Elysium?
Elysium is a high-throughput Arbitrum Orbit (Nitro/ArbOS) Layer 2 built by Kinetiq and operated with Conduit. It settles to HyperEVM rather than Ethereum, runs co-located with HyperCore, and uses HYPE as native gas. The chain targets high-frequency trading and professional market-making inside the Hyperliquid ecosystem, with a 100–200 ms block-time design ceiling. (Not to be confused with the earlier Elysium chain from Vulcan Forged — a separate, unrelated gaming L1.)
How do I get an Elysium RPC endpoint?
Create a free Chainstack account and sign in. Click Add node, select Elysium, choose Testnet, and deploy a Global Node or Dedicated Node. When the node is running, open Access and credentials to copy your HTTPS and WebSocket endpoints.
What is the difference between an Elysium Global Node and a Dedicated Node?
A Global Node provides shared, auto-scaling RPC access through geo-balanced infrastructure, available on every plan. A Dedicated Node provides isolated Nitro infrastructure in Full or Archive mode, with predictable performance, full txpool and debug access, and greater control over node configuration.
Does Elysium use a native token?
Yes. HYPE (18 decimals) is the native gas token, bridged 1:1 from HyperEVM — there’s no separate Elysium token or wrapper asset to manage.
Is the Elysium RPC API compatible with Ethereum?
Yes. Elysium runs Arbitrum Nitro and is fully EVM-compatible — standard Ethereum JSON-RPC, unmodified Solidity and Vyper contracts, and familiar tooling such as Hardhat, Foundry, ethers.js, and viem all work as-is. One difference from a typical Orbit chain: the arbtrace_* namespace isn’t enabled, since Elysium is all-Nitro from genesis with no classic blocks to trace.
What are the uptime and performance guarantees?
Chainstack Global Nodes and Dedicated Nodes are built for highly available, low-latency production access. Dedicated deployments can include a 99.99% uptime service-level agreement, subject to the selected plan and service terms.
How can I monitor Elysium node usage and performance?
Use node analytics on Chainstack to track request volume, response time, and node health from one place.

Notes for Elysium API

Elysium runs Arbitrum Nitro and exposes standard Ethereum JSON-RPC: eth_*, net_*, web3_*, plus the arb_* namespace (present but not yet callable on this chain — Kinetiq has native Timeboost on the roadmap) and debug_* on Archive/Debug tiers. arbtrace_* is not enabled, since the chain is all-Nitro from genesis with no classic blocks. txpool_* is Dedicated-only. Recommended libraries are ethers.js or viem for JavaScript, and web3.py for Python. Testnet uses chain ID 99801 and settles to HyperEVM testnet (chain ID 998); Mainnet chain ID is TBD, pending Kinetiq’s announcement. Debug, trace, and any request touching a block older than the last 128 blocks are classified as archive-depth and billed at 2x request units; everything else is 1x.

You can also access Elysium through the Chainstack MCP server — query onchain data, deploy nodes, and search Chainstack docs from Claude, Cursor, Windsurf, ChatGPT, Codex, Pi, Gemini, or any MCP-compatible or SKILL-compatible AI agent.
